Fire Inspection Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and other life safety equipment.
Ensure systems meet applicable NFPA codes, manufacturer specifications, and jurisdictional requirements.
Accurately complete inspection reports, deficiency notices, and service records.
Communicate inspection results and any necessary corrective actions to clients and internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire codes, product updates, and industry best practices.
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Use mobile technology and software to document work and manage service schedules.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers, facility personnel, and inspectors.
Travel to multiple customer sites as required (local or regional, depending on coverage area).
