Repair Sales Representative - Perry GA
Are you the person customers trust to give them a straight answer? Do you enjoy picking up the phone, explaining a problem in plain language, and following up until the job is approved? If you're personable, persistent, and motivated by closing, this role may be for you.
Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Repair Sales Representative to follow up on open repair quotes with our existing inspection customers. When an FPS inspection finds deficiencies in a customer's fire and life safety systems, we send a quote to correct them. This role owns what happens next: reaching out to the customer, answering their questions, putting their mind at ease, and securing approval so the repair gets done and the building stays protected.
Job Summary
Convert open repair quotes into approved work by following up with existing FPS inspection customers. This role supports revenue growth and customer safety by contacting customers who have received a quote to correct deficiencies, explaining what was found and why it matters, addressing their concerns, and guiding them to approval. Once a quote is approved, this role hands the job off cleanly so the repair is scheduled and completed.

- Manage a queue of open quotes and prioritize follow-up by age, value, and severity of the deficiency
- Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence until each quote is approved or closed out
- Keep accurate records of customer contact, quote status, and next steps in CRM and service management systems
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and field technicians to clarify scope, request quote revisions, and ensure a smooth handoff to scheduling
- Recognize additional customer needs during conversations and route them to the right team
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
